Rev Alicia Lyon Folberth Panthean Temple on Otherworldly
Please Join CTCW’s Otherworldly on Zoom this Wednesday, January 24th, at 8 PM Eastern time.
This week our guest will be the Rev. Alicia Lyon Folberth. I first met Alicia when we started going down to the Beltaine A Pagan Odyssey, at Scheibers Farm in CT. There would be about hundreds of pagans there, and I met many friends there. Those events were pretty wonderful, with amazing speakers from Laurie Cabot to Susun Weed, performers like Wendy Rule and Shaman, rituals (including a maypole, of course). It wasn’t all music and bonfires, admittedly, camping outside for Mayday in New England can be pretty chilly, but I miss it now that she’s moved on to more online teaching.
We’ll be talking about the Panthean Temple, which was founded at Samhain 1995, (which may seem recent to some of us, but it occurs to me was almost thirty years ago.) They are about Ritual, teaching, advocacy, guidance, community. Their goals are providing balance and harmony with the gods, to bring understanding to the non-pagan communities of the positive nature of our faiths, and to achieve equal rights for all wiccans and pagans as mainstream religions.

https://www.facebook.com/changingtimeschangingworlds/ People are psychic, magick is real, ghosts and other spirits exist, and people can heal with energy. Each culture around the world had come up with ways to explore these realities, and that’s great, we can learn from each other, that’s how we change the world.
The Changing Times-Changing Worlds Conference is a conference for learning about magick, psychic abilities, spiritual practices, divination, healing modalities, folklore, and similar skills; it takes place in early November each year in New England (or the upper east coast). Since we enjoy such topics all year, every Wednesday, we have the Otherworldly show, featuring many of our speakers, and similar topics.
We hope you can join us Wednesday at 8. If you miss this show, the recordings are posted on Youtube Thursday or Friday.
