Accessibility

We would love to be able to make this conference completely disability-friendly for everyone, but in reality, our budget will not cover that. Service to Community

I understand that teaching at this event is considered a service to the community and a donation to the Changing Times Changing Worlds Organization and therefore I will not be offered financial compensation.
I understand that if I am chosen to present and I am also a vendor at this event, I will receive a discount of 25% off my first table.

Equpment

I understand that classes will run in 60 minute increments from 10am-4pm, and that I will be assigned a time slot at the discretion of the organizers
I understand that CTCW does not provide a projector or projection screen and if I need these for my presentation, I am responsible for bringing them, setting them up, and taking them down.
I understand that there is a whiteboard in the classroom and I am responsible for bringing my own dry erase markers if I need them.
