The conference this year will be held at the Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Cromwell, CT.

We have a great rate of $129 per night. Each room can accommodate up to 4 people.

• It is close to major highways and airports.
• Each guest room has a small refrigerator and microwave, but there are also a variety of dining choices in the area.
• There is an indoor pool.
• Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.

The hotel has good accessibility in the function space. (One of our committee members went and checked it out himself!) There are a very limited number of accessible guest rooms so if you need one. please reserve early!
