CTCW Conference 2024
This is the Registration page for the 2024 Conference, taking place on November 1st through 3rd.
We will be having a wonderful variety of classes and panel discussions. We will be at a lovely new venue, Courtyard by Marriott, in Cromwell, CT. It has great amenities, including a small refrigerator and microwave in each room, and easy access to major highways. All 3 wonderful days: $150, per person
- But if you act fast, we do have a VERY Early Bird Rate until May 31st, 2024, of $100 per person for the weekend.
- The Early Bird rate of $125 is from June 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024
- The regular full admission rate from September 1 through the conference is $150.
If you can’t stay for the whole conference, we do have singe day admission available. (See below)
If you can’t join us in person, consider our Virtual Program. We plan to offer a single track of classes by presenters who are presenting via Zoom, not in-person at the conference. Access to this is included in the full conference price, and is available for one year. The Virtual Conference registration fee of $50 includes only the classes presented via zoom. It does not include access to in-person classes.
Refund Policy
In the event that Changing Times, Changing Worlds cancels our event, we will refund payments to vendors, speakers, and attendees in full no later than 60 days after the decision is made.
Should our event be postponed, participants will have the choice of a refund or applying their payment to the new dates.
If attendees cancel:
Should you wish to cancel your attendee registration,
75% refund 61+ days prior to the conference
50% refund 31-60 days prior to the conference
No refund within 30 days of the conference
Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
CTCW will refund the original amount paid less any fees charged by the payment processing companies.
Vendor cancellations are subject to the terms agreed to in the the vendor application
If the conference is cancelled due to a force majeure, global health events, natural disasters, or other events outside the control of the organization, every attempt will be made to refund the registration cost to all participants.
You also have your choice of applying 100% of your payment toward the following year’s event or considering that payment to be a donation. We will provide you with a donation receipt for your records.
