My name is Anthony Ragonese and my spiritual practice is called Autoerotic Phallicism. It is based on sacred sexuality practices that celebrate the body and recognize the sanctity of pleasure. By getting back in touch with the body, we can get in touch with the spirit within. My philosophy is founded on self-love and cultivating erotic energy for personal empowerment. Solo sex magic is the art of raising erotic energy within ourselves through self-pleasure, and directing that energy to a magical purpose. There are many potential ways to apply it: meditation, candle magic, sigil magic, petitions, scrying, talismans, etc.

Another of my goals is to take concepts of ancient phallus worship and look at them through a modern lens. The phallic traditions originated primarily from ancient fertility cults who celebrated both human fertility and the fertility of the earth. But celebrating the phallus doesn’t need to be limited to concepts of reproductive sex. The modern man can celebrate his own phallus and his connection to all of nature. The phallus represents the magic wand with which we can tap into the divine creative power within ourselves. When we love ourselves, we share that love with the universe. Praise Phallus.
