Looks like we have been blessed (or cursed) with the traditional “May you live in interesting times!”, or maybe we have chosen to live during this period of history because it offers us so many options for doing good.
Still, doctors are seeing the results of the long-term stress resulting in lowered immune systems, and many symptoms from physical to mental to emotional. So I asked Catherine, who often helps people deal with life’s challenges (do check out her books on Amazon), to come on and give us some solid advice we can use right now to protect ourselves, so we can feel better, and maybe keep doing the things we’d like to do.
