Wednesdays from 8-9 PM EST on Zoom you can join us live for workshops and discussions like the ones we have at the conference (posted on you-tube the next day).
At the conference, Catherine Kane did a wonderful class on Dealing with Brain Fog, which is a huge topic, and she managed somehow to cram the many contributing factors along with ideas of how to deal with it into 75 minutes. But there wasn’t room for questions and answers, so Cathy will be joining me on Wednesday to allow folks to interact and personalize THEIR type of Brain Fog. There are so many factors, do join us and ask her. (If your 8-9 Wednesday is booked, leave your question here, and we’ll cover that so you can see it later on Youtube.) If you were there for the con, remember you can review the recorded class if you missed it, or want to remind yourself (because you have brain fog) of the questions you’d wanted to ask.
Missed signing up for the con? Here’s your chance to see Cathy talk about it, live and free.
